Yesterday evening we were blessed to be a part of the first annual South Florida Christian Leadership Network Banquet, headed by Frank Marciano of Sonlight Ministries. The event was held at the Palm Beach Hilton in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Prayer Stations was offered a networking table to connect with other ministries and showcase our different Prayer Stations. We had the opportunity to pray for quite a few people and made some excellent connections prior to the dinner.
The evening began with an amazing worship time, led by Robert and Palm Varnadore, which started with giving the Pledge of Allegiance, and included singing the National Anthem. We also held a special moment of silence to give honor to the recent passing of Charlie Kirk.
Pastor Todd Mozingo of Revive Church was the opening speaker and was followed by several other pastors and missionaries throughout the dinner. You could feel God’s presence throughout the event. I truly believe that the horrific shooting last week of Charlie Kirk has kickstarted a revival that is bringing people to a self assessment and realization of their need for God in a way that has not been seen for many years.
It was great to connect with the many familiar faces from other events, like Pray South Florida and Miracle on the Water.
We also provided an 11ft Prayer Station Flag to be raffled off and it was won by none other than Pastor Al Pigozzi from Plant a Seed Ministries in Fort Pierce, Florida.
We are definitely looking forward to next year’s event, and connecting with new people to bring the saving message of Jesus Christ out to the masses.

2 Corinthians 5:17 - "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come."
I am sure most of you would agree that this has been a very irregular, and emotional week. Those of us that are followers of Jesus watched in horror as Charlie Kirk's life was taken by someone that clearly had been influenced by evil. We all have witnessed an extremely wide spectrum of responses, and that is what I wanted to touch on here.
If you have spent any time online, I am sure you have seen the completely immoral and evil responses by those who clearly do not have identity in Christ. Teachers losing their jobs, people getting taken out of the military, the list is growing long of people getting their due for posting inappropriate videos and posts, celebrating in one's murder.
This morning as I watched yet another video of someone that posted a quick celebration, wearing a very colorful outfit, colored hair, colored lashes, etc. I had a sudden thought… where is she getting her identity from?
You may immediately be throwing out your own answer… one of the many different "communities" that wear similar attire, and each of these groups could certainly be contributing factors. But the one clearly missing factor is her having an identity in Christ.
I am sure we would all agree that if you are not a follower of Jesus, then you are "left" to try and join a group that will take you in. Everyone wants to feel connected, wanted, to be a part of something. The problem comes when you are looking to the world for your identity.
There are many places in the Bible that Believers look to gain understanding in what it means to be in relationship and have identity with Jesus, and be one of his followers.
For instance, Galatians 5:22-23 says, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control."
When you see these individuals posting their videos and tweets, do you get any sense they are following the fruits of the Spirit? I would then ask, what are we doing to reach these people for Jesus?
One answer is the Prayer Station ministry, which offers the opportunity to reach people in your community with free prayer. Through the course of conversation and prayer, it opens the door for people to potentially hear the Good News of Jesus Christ for the first time, or in a way that they have never heard it before.
If this is the first time you are hearing about this ministry, please check it out at prayerstations.org. Thousands of churches, ministries and individuals have purchased their own Prayer Station so they can go out and reach people for Jesus Christ in their own communities. It is an amazing, successful ministry and there are thousands upon thousands of people that have come into new relationship with Him as a direct result of people simply obeying His command to "Go out and preach the Gospel".
If you have an interest in getting a Prayer Station for your community, feel free to reach out directly to me (ron@prayerstations.org) and I will be happy to talk to you.
Lets all get out and bring people back to relationship with Jesus!

I was privileged to be the Sunday morning speaker at Pastor Nathaniel Holder's church, St. John Memorial Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA.
Pastor Holder has become a dear friend and a strong evangelist for the Prayer Station ministry. Pastor Holder and his church are actively reaching people for Jesus throughout Philadelphia using their Prayer Stations and the five little words that have had a dynamic impact on lives...

Nick Savoca and I headed up to Virginia and Pennsylvania for a two week ministry trip. It has only been a few days and we have already had an amazing time. It actually started on the plane, when someone ended up in the seat between Nick and I. His name is Ray and we had an amazing conversation. He shared with me about his having a heart attack and how that has affected his life. He currently goes to church and I was able to share with him the calling God has on his life to be a light to his family and those around him. Please keep Ray in prayer.

Our first stop was Harrisburg Virginia, where we met up with Pastor Holder from St. John Memorial Baptist Church. He is one of the main players for the Southern Baptist Convention, and they were having a large event with over 300 pastors in attendance. As you can see by the images, they had setup a very effective Prayer Station area where the pastors came in and out of the main sessions. We were able to connect with many of the pastors, and some of them actually came to the Prayer Station for prayer as well. Prayer Changes Things. Nick was actually asked to close out the event in prayer. What a privilege and opportunity.

We then met drove to Winchester VA to meet with one of our board members, Bill Blatz. It was great to connect with him again, as well as his family.

From there we drove to YWAM Philadelphia, where we are to spend most of our time. We did Prayer Station ministry right in front of City Hall in downtown Philadelphia. Both Nick and I prayed for quite a few people, some of whom need physical healing, and some that needed a real answer from God.

I will continue to post updates as they happen. Tomorrow I am going to be preaching at St. John Memorial Baptist Church, and hopefully in the next couple of days we will be meeting up with Alex Miller, one of the longtime YWAM Staff we had up in New York.
The Prayer Station ministry will be represented at the upcoming Foundation For Freedom Conference, Friday and Saturday, September 6th & 7th, at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando Florida.
Come join us as we connect with people in prayer and for Jesus!

I missed the last Band of Brothers event last month, due to my back surgery. One of the people I connected with at the last event reached out to me afterwards, and I was blessed with their kind and encouraging words.
Here was his message to me:
"The last Band of Brothers event was amazing. So much... where do I start. I missed you very much. I went to the Prayer Station and gave my testimony of when you prayed for me, and a few guys received prayer. I explained of the power and works the Holy Spirit did after I met you there. I prayed for your back with a couple of the guys. The Lord revealed a lot to me including trials that started as I was there at home. Just a lot of demonic attacks but this has just fueled me to push forward and not retreat."
"Kyle Thompson's preaching almost started the next revolutionary war. Lol. He was powerful and I was able to minister to a few people the Lord sent to me and many guys were able to pour into me too."
"How are you feeling by the way? I love you man, and I never forget how the Lord used you mightily in my life."
God is so good. When you are listening to the Holy Spirit, He can bring divine appointments and use you to reach people for Jesus. I was so encouraged by this word, and know the Holy Spirit is doing an amazing work in his life as well.

We just received a call today from a team running a Prayer Station (location undisclosed) that had a miracle testimony to tell us. Their Prayer Station was setup this morning and almost immediately they noticed a man that had come and stood near the Prayer Station but did not engage with anyone. One of the Prayer Station volunteers walked up to the gentleman and asked if he would like some prayer, and he responded with a resounding NO, making it clear to leave him alone. But the man didn't leave.
The volunteer waited a while and came back to ask again if he would like some prayer, and the answer came back again... NO. After several attempts throughout the morning, the man finally started to open up to the volunteer asking what the point of prayer was. The volunteer explained the importance of prayer and mentioned that it seemed the man was very angry. The man agreed and finally was open to have the volunteer pray for him, but would not disclose any prayer requests.
The volunteer prayed for the man, and as he finished, the man said that he had a secret that he wanted to tell him. He said that no one else knew about this secret. The man proceeded to tell the volunteer that he was on his way to kill a man. He realized that he didn't want to do this any longer and suddenly took out a knife and put the knife in the garbage. The volunteer then proceeded to watch a smile open up on the man's face, realizing the decision he had made. He then made the decision to give his life to Christ.
Only God has the power to reach someone's soul and bring real hope. We know that Prayer Changes Things and that we simply need to be willing to hear the Holy Spirit, who can give insight and direction as we pray. This is just one example of how God is changing lives as we make ourselves available to serve Him.

This past weekend we held the largest Band of Brothers event in the country. Over 400 teens and men join with us at Masterpiece Gardens Center in Lake Wales, Florida from Thursday afternoon thru Saturday evening.
We had lots of activities during the free times, including archery, flag football, soccer, dominoes, basketball, volleyball, cornhole, fishing, air boats, full gun range, pig hunt, seaplane rides, skeet & trap shooting, nightly BBQ competition and more!
The focus is the worship time, listening to the live speakers, and watching teaching videos with John Eldredge, Auther of Wild at Heart. Many lives were changed during this last Boot Camp, with over 100 men coming forward to accept Jesus Christ as their Savior.
We even created a special camouflage PRAYER STATION flag where the men could go to receive prayer.
I encourage you to attend either the upcoming Rally Point, which is a lite version of the full Boot Camp, coming up May 2-5, 2024 or get ready for the next full Boot Camp November 7-10, 2024.
Email me if you are interested in joining me and get ready for one amazing time!
